About Us -Our Purpose

Hello,

I'm Jo Prabhu.  

 

There are two main reasons that I was compelled to turn my Medical Placement Search Firm of 35 years into an expert Physician Finders platform for consumers to find a specialist in time of need.

 

1). In 2014 I lost the use of my right dominant arm due to a failed rotator cuff surgical procedure. It took all of 2+ years to find a reconstructive specialist who could rectify the damage and reconstruct and restore the use of my arm.  During this time, I was forced to teach myself to type, eat, dress, bathe. Could not tie my shoelaces, use a button or unhook one, and I did not want to be a cripple or a dependent for the rest of my life.

I refused to go back to the 70+ year old surgeon and anesthesiolgist who caused the damage in the first place after searching through my own database of countless Medical MD's I had gathered over the years to find my miracle surgeon, Dr. Joseph Burns, who promised just 40% use of my right arm but ended up giving me 99% back and restored not just my arm but a life from dependency.

 

2)  I'm fortunate to be a Medical expert Recruiter for 35+ years and collected countless Med-Specialists in every speciality. 

 

When my own sister underwent a failed femur surgery (the screw they put in snapped a year later leaving her dependent on a walker) and my own son underwent a failed shoulder replacement surgical procedure in 2025, I knew that my next role would be to Pay it Forward by Giving Back to people who have no access to specialists they can't find on their own.

 

I have thousands of Med Specialists in my own personal network.  Now in 2026, I am on a new mission to create a platform to list the best of the very best so consumers can access free of charge.

How will it benefit the consumer? 

By signing up, you will become a community of Physician Specialists in all 50 US States and be part of the Who's Who in Innovation for 2026 and going forward. I urge you to fill out our form to be entered into our database and if there is a specialist that matches your requierment, we will immediately notify you for FREE Consultations.  We urge you to sign up on our platform, download our YouTube Videos, refer them to friends and family and those you love the most. You will never know who needs a specialist and if we don't have one listed, we will seardh for and find one for you.  That's what we do as Search Specialists as we also primarily depend or Specialists who refer other Specialsit in their own circle. These are specialists not listed anywhere and you cannot find on your own. 

 

How will it benefit the Specialty Provider? 

We conduct a 10-15 minute Zoom Videos with me as the Host, to introduce you to our Global and Domestic/Local Audiences through Social Media.

 We set up an Interview date and time and record it to store in our own secure database on our platform

We send you a short form with the Questions that are pertinent to our Global/Domestic audiences and you will prepare your answers to fit in with that timeframe.

 On the appointed date and time, we will record the interview Live (it could also be pre-recorded for your convenience) with me, Jo Prabhu, as the Host, and we will forward it to you for editing or auditing for accuracy and specifity. Alternately, you are free to record it on Zoom, edit, audit and send it back to us-We upload and list it for searches on our private secure database,  upload it to our YouTube Channel, and also on Linked IN with a short intro profile we compose in order for patients and consumers to contact you directly. In the event we receive requests, we will forward the names to you as a service.

From Alzheimer's to Hip Replacements, to Heart and Reproductive Specialists and every specialty in between, our searches list MD's in each and every specialty typically with new and innovative ways to fix old health problems with new treatments and services.

WHY WE PAY IT FORWARD

We offer a public service to consumers free of charge as we receive countless requests for referrals from our audiences, as they are not experienced in searching on their own.

IS THERE A CHARGE TO CONSUMERS? 

In most instances we ask for a one -time donation of $100 for solo providers and $50 per every extra MD for Group Providers. 

Alternately as we promote our platform on social and multimedia we also offer a Membership Fee of 50 per month per Provider or Group.

IS THERE A CHARGE OR FEE TO MEDICAL PROVIDERS?

Why pay a Membership Fee?

Even if you received a single patient due to our efforts you will not just save a life but you will also have the added capability of converting that patient/consumer into your own referral base to optimize the number of patients you gain per year.

 

WHY DO WE CONDUCT A Hosted Introduction vs typical Paid Advertising?

If you watch any Talk Show, the Host, engages audiences who dwell on every question and everyword. 

In todays highly engaged environment, your Zoom video is downloaded, saved, liked and referred to others in the blink of a click.
