Chair of Unit Practice Council on the Cardiac Unit at Marin Health. Some initiatives include promotion of patient mobilization, quiet at night, CAUTI prevention.

High Observation Unit and the Moderate Sedation Unit promotion at Kentfield Hospital. Also, initiated and implemented a waste recycle program, aimed at preservation of resources, environmental protection, and an increase of the hospital’s bottom line.
